Pear Spice Cake
This spice cake is warm, moist, and studded with chunks of pear. All this bundt cake needs is a sprinkle of powdered sugar and it is ready to go. Simplicity at its best!
I feel that bundt cakes are so underrated. While layered, tiered, and frosted cakes are quite impressive, bundts are impressive in their own simple way. They're perfect for whipping up in a short time; and with little effort you can still pull together something beautiful!
This is a simple spice cake with the addition of pear chunks. The brown sugar in the recipe gives it a chewy exterior that is reminiscent of chocolate chip cookies, while the inside is fluffy, tender and full of spices. What's not to love about this cake?
